Proposal for Northlane Studio

AI Lead Generation System for Northlane Studio.

A done-for-you outbound system that fills Northlane Studio's calendar with qualified client meetings every week.

Issued July 31, 2026 Valid until August 30, 2026 Ref prop-ppr-en
The problem

What's slowing your growth

Before implementing any solution, the problem has to be clear. Here's what we identified in your business.

01

No structured outbound engine

Without a dedicated prospecting system in place, new business likely depends on referrals, word of mouth, or ad-hoc outreach. These channels are inconsistent by nature: volume fluctuates, quality varies, and there is no repeatable process to fall back on when the pipeline thins. The result is a boom-and-bust revenue cycle that is difficult to plan around.

02

Outreach falls to the founder

When there is no dedicated sales infrastructure, prospecting gets absorbed into the founder's week alongside delivery and operations. Writing sequences, sourcing contacts, and following up on replies are time-intensive tasks that displace client work. This is not a scalable model: the same person closing deals cannot also be the one filling the top of the funnel.

03

20+ hours lost monthly to prospecting

A conservative estimate for manual prospecting, list building, copywriting, and reply handling runs to 5 hours per week, or roughly 20 hours per month. At a founder rate of CHF 60/hr (conservative basis, no figure provided on call), that is CHF 1,200/month in founder time spent on tasks that generate unpredictable output. Over a year, CHF 14,400 in high-cost time is allocated to a function with no guaranteed return.

04

Missed pipeline with no outbound

For a creative studio, a conservative average project value of CHF 5,000 is assumed (no figure provided on call). With no systematic outbound, even two missed qualified conversations per month represent CHF 10,000 in pipeline that never enters the funnel. Over 12 months, that is CHF 120,000 in potential revenue that is never surfaced, not because the offer is weak, but because the right conversations are not happening.

The solution

How we solve it

Here's how the LUNIFAI offer directly addresses each of the problems above.

01

A full outbound engine, done for you

Every component of the prospecting system is built and managed end to end: ICP definition, domain setup, mailbox warmup, verified contact lists, copy written in your voice, and LinkedIn outreach running in parallel. From day one, Northlane Studio has a multichannel presence actively generating conversations, without any of the setup falling on you.

02

Replies handled, meetings booked

Every inbound reply is managed and answered in under 15 minutes. Qualified leads are booked directly to your calendar. You receive opportunity alerts in Slack and email the moment a lead engages. Your involvement in the sales process begins at the closing conversation, not before.

03

20 hours recovered monthly

The 20+ hours currently absorbed by manual prospecting tasks are fully reclaimed. At a founder rate of CHF 60/hr, that is CHF 1,200/month returned to client delivery, creative direction, or strategic work. Over a year, that amounts to CHF 14,400 in high-value time reallocated to the work that actually grows the studio.

04

Qualified meetings in the calendar weekly

A conservative outbound system at this scale typically generates 4 to 8 qualified meetings per month. At an estimated project value of CHF 5,000 and a modest 25% close rate, that is 1 to 2 new engagements per month, or CHF 5,000 to CHF 10,000 in additional monthly revenue. Over 12 months, CHF 60,000 to CHF 120,000 in new pipeline that currently does not exist.

Timeline

Milestones and timeline.

Here's the sequence of phases after signing.

Month 1 Onboarding & Infrastructure Implementation
Month 2 & beyond Activation & Optimizations
01
Week 1

Onboarding & ICP. Domain setup and mailbox warmup begin.

02
Week 2

Lists & copy. LinkedIn outreach starts.

03
Week 3

Warmup & QA. Sequences loaded, tested, validated.

04
Week 4

Campaign live. Opportunity alerts land in Slack and email.

The Guarantee
At least 15 qualified meetings within 60 days of full multichannel launch, about 90 days from signing, since domains and mailboxes need roughly three weeks to warm up first. If I don't hit that number, the setup fee comes back to you in full. Across that whole window you still only pay for meetings that actually took place, so every franc you spend with me is tied to a result.
Roadmap

Where this goes next.

Not included in this proposal. These would be scoped and quoted separately, later.

01

Paid acquisition layer

Once the outbound engine is validated and conversion data exists, a targeted paid channel (LinkedIn Ads or Meta) can be added to amplify the same ICP and messaging that is already working organically.

02

Nurture sequences for cold pipeline

Leads that do not convert immediately can be enrolled in longer-horizon nurture sequences, keeping Northlane Studio top of mind until their timing changes, without any manual follow-up effort.

03

Referral system buildout

Past clients and warm contacts represent an underused channel. A structured referral process, automated reminders and templated ask sequences, can be layered on top of the outbound engine to drive additional inbound.

04

Offer expansion and vertical targeting

As the studio grows, the same infrastructure can be repointed at new verticals or service lines, running parallel campaigns with separate ICPs, copy, and tracking, without rebuilding from scratch.

Ways of Working

What working with us looks like.

Step What happens Why it matters
01Onboarding & Platform Setup We configure all your tools according to best practices. Operational from day one. Save dozens of hours.
02Review call every 2 weeks 30-minute call every 2 weeks to review progress: leads generated, calls booked, and what we change next. Keeps everyone aligned and makes sure you always get the highest ROI leads.
03Weekly sprint We work every week generating leads for you and sending them to you via Slack and email. Our goal is to minimize meetings. You pay us to save time, not spend it.
04Simple communication We communicate via a shared Slack channel, and use it to chat and deliver updates (M-F 11am-6pm CET). Pre-existing workspace? No problem, we'll Slack Connect. New to Slack? We'll invite you to ours.
05Feedback loop We iterate campaigns based on your copy and market feedback autonomously, without you. The only thing you need to worry about is closing deals. Changes are delivered in the shared Slack channel once per week, pre-review.
06Peace of mind Peace-of-mind maintenance on all prior builds and systems. You don't need to worry about maintenance, systems, or additional charges.
Software

Software and platforms.

Monthly cost at your expense
£200 to £450

Depending on the volume to manage and the solutions your system requires. These are billed to you directly by each provider, never marked up.

Annual plans

Most platforms offer between 17% and 37% discount on annual commitments.

Volume purchases

Economies of scale reduce the unit cost on credits. AnyMailFinder, for example, is $870 for 100,000 credits ($0.0087 each) against $49/month for 1,000 credits ($0.049 each), an 82% saving on unit cost.

Combining both levers, annual plus volume, real savings reach 30 to 40% compared with standard monthly rates. I set this up for you at cost.

The guarantee: At least 15 qualified meetings within 60 days of full multichannel launch, about 90 days from signing, since domains and mailboxes need roughly three weeks to warm up first. How long they stay 6 months
What one customer is worth CHF 18000
What you close from qualified meetings 25%
What one meeting is worth CHF 4500
My share (15%) CHF 675/meeting
What you keep 85%

Setup. Billed once, before we start. Amount agreed during the call.

Capped at 15 meetings per month unless you approve more in writing. Invoiced monthly in arrears, on meetings that took place only.

Investment

How the three months work.

There is no minimum term. Past the setup, you are committed to nothing: you pay per qualified meeting that actually took place, and you can stop at any time with 30 days' notice. I carry the risk of the build, not you.

Week one begins on the day of signing, with your onboarding session. We configure your tools and automation platforms, handle authentication and access sharing, and lock the ICP and the angle together.

LinkedIn outreach starts in week two, so the first opportunities can land before the email infrastructure is even ready. Domains and mailboxes warm up in parallel across weeks one to three, which is why the guarantee is measured from full multichannel launch rather than from your signature.

From week four the full engine runs: email and LinkedIn together, replies handled in minutes, meetings booked straight into your calendar, and a strategy call every two weeks. You only ever pay for the meetings that happen.

LUNIFAI
Terms

Contractual Terms

Proposal for Northlane Studio · AI Lead Generation System

01Purpose

LUNIFAI provides automation, integration, AI development, and low-code/no-code services. Deliverables are detailed in the proposal.

02Obligations

LUNIFAI commits to mobilizing the necessary resources for proper mission execution and promptly informing the Client of any blockages. The Client provides necessary elements, validates deliverables within deadlines, and settles amounts due according to agreed terms.

03Liability

LUNIFAI acts as an integrator of third-party solutions (n8n, Airtable, etc.). It is not responsible for bugs or limitations of these tools. Its liability is limited to a best efforts obligation, excluding gross negligence. Commercial closing is exclusively the Client's responsibility.

04Payment

The setup fee stated in this proposal is invoiced and payable before onboarding begins, as it funds the infrastructure built in the first weeks. From then on the Client pays a fee per qualified meeting only, at the rate stated in this proposal. Per-meeting fees are invoiced monthly in arrears, itemised by meeting date and attendee, payable within 7 days. Campaigns are paused if an invoice remains unpaid beyond 14 days. Software and API costs are at the Client's expense and are never marked up.

05Guarantee

LUNIFAI guarantees a minimum of 15 qualified meetings within the first 90 days of the engagement. Because cold email infrastructure requires roughly three weeks of domain warm-up before sending at full volume, this target is measured over the 60 days that follow the full multichannel launch (email plus LinkedIn running together), not from the contract signature date. If LUNIFAI has not delivered 15 qualified meetings by the end of that window, the setup fee is refunded to the Client in full. Meetings already delivered during that window remain payable at the per-meeting rate: the refund covers the setup fee, not the results produced. This guarantee assumes the Client fulfils its own commitments: approving copy and lists within 5 working days of each request, providing sender accounts and calendar access at onboarding, and neither pausing nor restricting the campaigns. Any delay or interruption attributable to the Client pauses the measurement period for its duration.

06Definition of a Qualified Meeting

A meeting counts as qualified when all of the following are true:

  • ICP match: the attendee's company matches the ideal customer profile we define together during onboarding (sector, company size, and geography).
  • Decision-making authority: the attendee is a decision-maker or a direct influencer on the buying decision (e.g. founder, director, head of brand or marketing), or the role you would normally sell to in a company of that type.
  • Genuine interest: the prospect has explicitly agreed to a scheduled call to discuss your services, fees, case studies or working together, booked into your calendar.
  • Attendance: the meeting takes place. A prospect who reschedules and then attends still counts. A one-off no-show does not, but I re-engage them at no cost and it counts once they attend.

07Contesting a Meeting

The Client has 48 hours after a meeting takes place to contest it in writing, stating which of the qualification criteria above it failed. A meeting not contested within that window is billable. This keeps what counts as a qualified meeting settled by the criteria above rather than renegotiated invoice by invoice.

08Monthly Volume Cap

No more than 15 qualified meetings are billed in any calendar month without the Client's prior written approval. This protects the Client from an unbudgeted month if the system outperforms.

09Termination

There is no minimum term. Beyond the setup fee the Client is committed to nothing: either party may end the collaboration at any time with 30 calendar days' written notice, with no penalty and no compensation. Meetings already delivered and not contested remain payable.

10Ownership

Deliverables are licensed to the Client for exclusive use after payment. LUNIFAI retains its methods, tools, and technical structures.

11Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of the Canton of Geneva.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality Clause

In the course of performing this contract, the Parties acknowledge that confidential information may be exchanged, in particular of a commercial, technical, financial, strategic, organizational nature or relating to know-how.

01Definition

Confidential information means all information, of any nature whatsoever, communicated in writing, orally, or by any other means, identified as confidential or whose confidential character reasonably flows from its nature or from the circumstances of its disclosure. This includes in particular: client data, internal documents, source code, software architectures, processes, mockups, databases, as well as any information relating to the activities, projects, or working methods of either Party.

02Obligation of the Parties

Each Party undertakes to: not disclose the confidential information to third parties without the prior written agreement of the other Party; use the confidential information solely for the purposes of performing this contract; take all necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of said information, at least equivalent to those it applies to its own sensitive information.

03Exclusions

The obligations under this clause do not apply to information: that has fallen into the public domain without breach by the receiving Party; already known to the receiving Party before its disclosure by the other Party; whose disclosure is required by law or by a competent judicial or regulatory authority (subject to informing the other Party beforehand to the extent permitted by law).

04Duration

The confidentiality obligations under this clause shall remain in force for a period of five (5) years from the signing of this contract, including in the event of termination or non-execution of the project.

05Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
